Letting Only Service - Fees

£300.00 per new tenancy

Payable at the commencement of the tenancy. A charge of £25.00 is applicable if we protect the tenants’ deposit.

 

 Full Management Service - Fees

£230.00 per new tenancy

PLUS

10% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy term. Payable at the commencement of the tenancy/monthly from rental collect Minimum fee £50.00 per month. A charge of £25.00 is applicable if we protect the tenants’ deposit.

 

Dependable Lettings Ltd is below the VAT threshold and, therefore, is not VAT registered and as such VAT is not chargeable on our services.
